Kauabunga Royale is filling up faster than we ever imagined — and we want to make sure as many programs as possible can still “get onboard.” That’s why we created the Cruise Queue: a light-hold list for teams we want to accommodate as soon as more space is confirmed. Before filling out the Cruise Queue form, make sure you understand the commitment, pricing structure, and payment timelines located in our Information Packet. (The information packet is only accessible by program directors, and can be acquired by emailing the team at [email protected])
What to Expect
As soon as we’re able to release more team spots, we’ll notify Cruise Queue teams in the order they signed up.
Once notified, you’ll have 24 hours to pay your program deposit and 1 week to submit any past due deadlines (such as rooming lists or deposits).
While you wait, we recommend using this time to:
• Start building your rooming list
• Communicate deadlines to your families
• Collect deposits so you’re ready when it’s go-time

Payment and Cancellation terms:
*24 Hours to submit a $350 program deposit
* June 11th – rooming lists due
* June 30th – $99 per person deposit due based on rooming lists.
(if we are past either of the above dates, you will have one week to be caught up)
*August 15th – $199 per person deposit
*August 30th – deadline to submit any changes (including name changes, cancellations, etc.)
*November 1 – Full balance due – no exceptions. We will enforce a $50 per cabin late fee for any late payments.
