Our standard floor rental does not include a border. You can add Maximum logo'd skirting or a Foam border, if available, for an additional fee. If you would like to add one of these options, if they are available during your rental period, select below. *

Our setup requires a loading dock for our truck to back up to and/or a forklift. Is there a loading dock at your facility? *

If there is not a loading dock that allows us to roll our equipment from the truck to the venue, do you understand that a forklift fee will be added to your invoice?

Do you understand that excessive glitter, confetti, trash, etc left on the mats will result in a $500 mat cleaning fee? To avoid that fee, be sure that someone from your staff, or the venue, vacuums the exposed mats prior to rolling them up. *I understand

Do you understand that for any rentals where the teardown time is delayed by more than 30 minutes, an additional $250 fee will be due per 30 minutes of delay? *I understand

Do you understand that all cancellations must be in writing. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In addition, NO refunds of any kind will be given under any circumstances if you cancel less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to a scheduled rental. If you cancel fourteen (14) calendar days or more prior to the rental, you may (upon request) receive either a refund of 50% of the total paid, if paid in full, or, upon request, full credit towards a future Maximum rental. Refunds are processed post event. Any schedule change (location/date/time) requests made less than 2 weeks prior to a scheduled rental may result in a fee being assessed and may result in the requested date or labor for setup/teardown not being available. *I understand

Do you understand that complete setup supervision is included in all rental fees. A minimum of two hours per floor is needed to setup equipment barring any obstacles (i.e. narrow hallways, stairs, elevators, carpet, tarps, etc). If labor is provided by Maximum, we will work diligently to always finish within the allotted time. *I understand

Do you understand that for Maximum to supply this floor rental, the lessee assumes full responsibility for the conduct of guests, members, vendors, and anyone else that may have access to and use of the equipment provided. *I understand

Your 50% deposit is due now to secure your rental request. The remaining balance is due no later than 2-weeks prior to the rental date(s). Your deposit is required to secure your requested date for the rental. Dates are first come, first serve, so the requested date may not be available if the deposit is delayed. If such a situation happens, we will communicate that ASAP. *I understand
